                        Description
                        
                            Castilleja galehintoniae (also called Gale's Indian Paintbrush, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Orobanchaceae. It is native to western North America, where it is found in the United States and Canada. It grows in many types of habitat, including grasslands, woodlands, and deserts.

                            Castilleja galehintoniae is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and as a natural dye for fabrics.
