Oleandra werneri (also called Werner's Oleandra, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Apocynaceae. It is a shrub or small tree, up to 8 m tall. It is native to the Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia. It is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests, tropical and subtropical moist montane forests, and dry and moist deciduous forests.
