                        Description
                        
                            Forestiera isabelae (also called Isabel's privet, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Oleaceae family. It is native to Mexico, and is found in dry, rocky habitats. It is a small shrub that grows to a height of 1–2 m.                        
                     
                                
                                    
                        Uses & Benefits
                        
                            Forestiera isabelae is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and as a hedge plant. It is also used for its medicinal properties in traditional African medicine.                        
                     
                                
                                                    
                        Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
                        
                            Forestiera isabelae has small, white flowers with five petals and yellow anthers. Its seeds are small, black and round.                             Forestiera isabelae is best propagated from seed. Plant the seeds in well-draining soil and keep them in a warm, sunny location.
