                        Cultivation and Propagation

Calytrix creswellii is a small shrub that grows up to 1.5m in height. It is native to Western Australia and prefers well-drained soils in full sun or partial shade. Propagation is best done from cuttings taken in late spring or summer. Take semi-hardwood cuttings from the current season's growth, dip in a rooting hormone and plant in a well-drained potting mix. Keep the cuttings in a warm, sheltered spot until they have rooted.
