Description

Cistanthe salsoloides (also called Rock Purslane, among many other common names) is a perennial succulent plant native to the western United States and northern Mexico. It has thick, fleshy, gray-green leaves and produces small, bright pink flowers. It is found in rocky crevices, cliffs, and dry, sandy soils.
