Pachygone poilanei (also called Poilane's Pachygone, among many other common names) is an evergreen, perennial, creeping, mat-forming, succulent herbaceous plant. It is native to tropical regions of South America, and is found in moist, shady habitats. It has small, round, green leaves with a reddish-brown underside, and small, white flowers.
