Description
Ruagea hirsuta (also called Hairy Ruagea, among many other common names) is a small tree or shrub, native to tropical America and the Caribbean. It grows in humid forests, from sea level to 1,500 m. It has a rough, brown bark and its leaves are alternate, oblong-lanceolate, and glossy green.
