Description
Miconia ruizii (also called Ruiz's Miconia, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree, typically growing to a height of 4-5 m. It is native to the Caribbean, Central America, and South America, and is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests, tropical and subtropical moist montane forests, and disturbed areas.
