Macairea lasiophylla (also called Macairea, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree native to the Andes Mountains of Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. It grows in humid montane forests at elevations of 500–2,500 m. It has oblong leaves with entire margins and white flowers with yellowish-green veins.
