Axinaea grandifolia (also called Large-leaved Axinaea, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub or small tree with glossy, dark green leaves and small, white flowers. It is native to South America and is found in forests, scrub, and rocky areas.

Axinaea grandifolia has small, white flowers with five petals. The flowers are about 1 cm in diameter. The seeds are small, black and round. The seedlings are small and have a single pair of leaves.
