Description
Arthrostemma alatum (also called 'Pau-de-espinho-vermelho' and 'Café-de-espinho-vermelho', among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree with a rounded crown, reaching up to 10 m in height. It is native to the Atlantic Forest biome in Brazil, and is found in moist forests, often near rivers.
