Hibiscus hasslerianus (also called 'Hassler's Hibiscus', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Malvaceae family. It is a shrub or small tree with white flowers and is native to tropical South America. It is found in a variety of habitats including rainforest, dry forest, and scrubland.
Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
The flower of Hibiscus hasslerianus is white with a yellow center, and has five petals. The seed is a small, hard, black seed. The seedlings are small, with thin, light green stems and small, light green leaves.
