Grewia lepidopetala (also called Lepidopetal Grewia, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree with a spreading crown. It is native to India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. It prefers dry and moist deciduous forests, and is found at elevations of up to 1,000 meters.
