                        Description
                        
                            Dombeya lucida (also called Shining dombeya, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree of the family Malvaceae. It is native to South Africa, where it is found in the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, and Mpumalanga provinces. It grows in rocky grassland, in bushveld, and in dry woodland.
