Description

Ayenia implicabilis (also called Ayenia implicabilis, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 4 m tall. It is native to the southeastern United States, and is found in dry forests and scrublands. Its leaves are alternate, oblong-lanceolate, and up to 8 cm long. Its flowers are white, and its fruits are globose, up to 1 cm in diameter.
