Ayenia heteromorpha (also called Heteromorphic Ayenia, among many other common names) is a species of shrub native to the Mediterranean region. It has an upright habit and grows to a height of up to 2m. Its leaves are dark green and its flowers are yellow. It is found in dry grasslands, scrub and rocky areas.
