Heteropterys cultriformis (also called Knife-shaped Heteropterys, Knife-shaped Tree, and Knife-shaped Magnolia, among many other common names) is an evergreen tree native to the southeastern United States. It has glossy, dark green leaves and fragrant, yellow-green flowers. It is found in forests and woodlands, as well as in disturbed areas.
