Description
Magnolia tamaulipana (also called Tamaulipan Magnolia, among many other common names) is a large evergreen tree native to Mexico and Central America. It has large, fragrant white flowers and glossy, dark green leaves. It is found in tropical and subtropical forests, as well as in disturbed areas such as roadsides and abandoned fields.

Magnolia tamaulipana is a small evergreen tree that grows up to 10 m tall. It is native to Mexico and prefers well-drained, slightly acidic soils and full sun to partial shade. Propagation is by seed or cuttings. Seeds should be sown in spring in a well-drained, light soil. Cuttings should be taken in late spring or early summer and rooted in a moist, well-drained soil.
