                            Ocotea arcuata (also called Ocotea arcuata var. arcuata, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Lauraceae family. It is native to Central America and South America. It is a small tree or shrub, growing up to 10 meters tall. It is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests.
