Description
Westringia lucida (also called 'Shining Westringia', among many other common names) is a small shrub or tree that grows up to 8m tall. It is native to Australia, and it is found in rainforest, wet sclerophyll forest and dry sclerophyll forest. It has small, dark green, glossy leaves and clusters of white or pink flowers.

Westringia lucida has small, white, star-shaped flowers with five petals, and the seed is a small, brown, oval-shaped capsule. The seedlings are small, green, and have a single, oval-shaped leaf.
Cultivation and Propagation
Westringia lucida can be propagated by seed or cuttings. Seeds should be sown in a well-drained soil mix and kept moist. Cuttings should be taken from semi-ripe wood and placed in a moist, well-drained soil mix. Keep the soil moist and the cuttings should root within a few weeks.
