Description
Phlomoides alaica (also called Alaica Phlomoides, among many other common names) is an herbaceous perennial plant with a woody base and a stem that can reach up to 40 cm in height. It has ovate-lanceolate leaves, with a smooth or slightly toothed margin. It is native to the Caucasus, Iran and Afghanistan, and is found in sunny meadows, rocky slopes and dry grasslands.
