Description

Hyptis longifolia (also called Long-Leaf False-Pennyroyal, among many other common names) is an aromatic herbaceous plant native to tropical regions of Central and South America. It has a woody stem and lanceolate leaves with a serrated margin. It grows in dry and sandy soils, and is found in tropical and subtropical grasslands, savannas, and scrublands.
