Description

Hyptidendron arboreum (also called Tree Hyptidendron, among many other common names) is a species of shrub native to the tropical rainforests of South America. It is a medium-sized shrub, growing to a height of 2 m (6.5 ft). Its leaves are opposite, with leaflets arranged in a linear pattern. Its flowers are white, and its fruits are small, red drupes.
