Description
Hedeoma johnstonii (also called Johnston's False Pennyroyal, among many other common names) is an herbaceous perennial species that is native to the United States. It is found in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. It grows in dry, open woods, prairies, and savannas.
Cultivation and Propagation
Hedeoma johnstonii can be propagated by seed or cuttings. To cultivate, sow the seeds in a well-drained soil in a sunny location. Cuttings can be taken from the stems in the spring or summer and rooted in a light soil. Water regularly and fertilize monthly.
