Description

Krameria bahiana (also called Bahia Rhatany, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 2 meters tall. It is native to the Brazilian Cerrado and is found in open woodlands, scrublands and savannas. It has alternate, lanceolate leaves that are 2-5 cm long and 0.5-1.5 cm wide, and white flowers with yellow anthers.
