Isoetes perralderiana (also called Perralder's Quillwort, among many other common names) is a species of fern in the Isoetaceae family. It is a terrestrial fern with long, creeping rhizomes and fronds up to 60 cm long. It is native to Mexico and Central America. It grows in moist, shady places, such as along streams, in ravines, and in forests.
