Description
Pyrenacantha grandifolia (also called Large-leaved Firethorn, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Icacinaceae. It is native to tropical Africa, from Senegal east to Ethiopia and south to Angola. It is a shrub or small tree, growing to 5 m tall. Its leaves are elliptic to oblong-lanceolate, 5–10 cm long and 2–4 cm broad.
