Description
Parrotiopsis jacquemontiana (also called Himalayan Parrotia, among many other common names) is a species of evergreen tree in the family Hamamelidaceae. It is native to the Himalayas, from Kashmir to Bhutan, and also to western China. It grows in open forests and shrublands at elevations of 1,500–4,000 m.
