Description
Ribes hirtum (also called hairy currant, hairy gooseberry, and hairy gooseberry currant, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Grossulariaceae. It is native to western North America, where it is found in the western United States, British Columbia, and Alberta. It grows in coniferous forests, chaparral, and other mountain habitats.
