Oreocharis giraldii (also called Girald's oreocharis, among many other common names) is a small, evergreen shrub with small, ovate leaves. It is native to China and is found in forests and scrub at altitudes of 1,000-2,000m.

Oreocharis giraldii has small, white flowers with five petals and yellow anthers. The seeds are small, black and glossy. The seedlings have two oval-shaped cotyledons.
