Cyrtandra caulescens (also called Caulescent Cyrtandra, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree native to the Hawaiian Islands. It typically grows to a height of 3-4 m and has thick, leathery leaves with a waxy texture. It prefers moist, shady habitats and is often found in rainforest understories.
