Description
Columnea tincta (also called 'Tincta Columnea', among many other common names) is an epiphytic plant native to Colombia and Ecuador. It has long, thin, trailing stems with small, ovate leaves and small, yellow flowers. It is found in humid, tropical forests and is often found growing on trees.
Cultivation and Propagation
Columnea tincta is an epiphytic shrub that can be grown in hanging baskets or mounted on a slab. It prefers bright, indirect light and should be kept evenly moist. Propagation is done by stem cuttings or division of the root ball.
