Gentiana panthaica (also called Panthai Gentian, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the mountains of Central Asia. It has a basal rosette of oblong-lanceolate leaves and a stem with a few branches, each bearing a single, large, bell-shaped flower. It typically grows in moist meadows, grasslands, and open woodlands.
