Description

Entosthodon pulchellus (also called 'Pretty Entosthodon', among many other common names) is a species of moss found in the temperate regions of the world. It has an erect habit and grows to a height of 2-4 cm. It has a creeping rhizome and lanceolate leaves. It is found in moist, shady habitats such as forests, woodlands, and grasslands.
