Description
Frullania tenuirostris (also called Thin-beaked Leaf Liverwort, among many other common names) is a small, leafy, green liverwort. It is native to the Northern Hemisphere, and is found in damp, shady habitats such as woods, cliffs, and riverbanks.

Frullania tenuirostris has small, yellow-green flowers and small, dark brown seeds. The seedlings are small, round and dark green.
Cultivation and Propagation
Frullania tenuirostris can be propagated by spores or vegetative fragments. Cultivation is best done in a moist, shaded environment with plenty of organic matter in the soil. The plant prefers temperatures between 10-20°C and should be kept moist but not wet.
