Frullania physantha (also called Frullania, among many other common names) is a species of liverwort in the Frullaniaceae family. It is found in the tropical regions of Asia, Africa, Australia, and the Americas. It grows in moist, shady habitats, such as forests, and is characterized by its small, green, and flat thalli.

Frullania physantha flowers are small and inconspicuous, with a single perianth. The seeds are small and black, with a small, light-colored elaiosome. The seedlings have two small, oval cotyledons.
