Description
Castanopsis oligoneura (also called 'Chinese Chestnut', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Fagaceae. It is native to China, and is found in moist forests, woodlands, and savannas. It is an evergreen tree, growing up to 20 m tall, with alternate, oblong-lanceolate leaves and small, yellow-green flowers.

Castanopsis oligoneura is a species of evergreen tree native to China. It can be propagated from seed or cuttings. When propagating from seed, sow the seeds in a well-draining soil mix and keep the soil moist until germination.
