Description

Zygocarpum dhofarense (also called Dhofar Date Palm, among many other common names) is a species of palm native to the Dhofar region of Oman. It grows up to 15 m in height and has a solitary trunk. Its leaves are pinnate, with leaflets that are linear to lanceolate in shape. It prefers moist, well-drained soils in sunny or partially shaded habitats.
