Description
Zapoteca scutellifera (also called Red-Stemmed Zapotec, among many other common names) is a small, evergreen shrub native to Mexico. It has dark green, pinnate leaves and small, white flowers. It is found in tropical and subtropical climates, often in open woodlands and savannas.
