Description

Vicia caesarea (also called Caesar's Vetch, among many other common names) is an annual legume native to the Mediterranean region. It grows up to 1 m tall and has pinnately compound leaves. Its flowers are white to purple and bloom in the summer. It is found in open grasslands and disturbed areas.
