Pediomelum canescens (also called Gray-Leaved Indian Breadroot, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant in the Fabaceae family. It has a height of up to 0.6 m and has white-pink flowers. It is native to the southwestern United States and northern Mexico, and is commonly found in grasslands and open woodlands.
