Oxytropis amethystea (also called 'Amethyst Milk-vetch', among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Fabaceae family. It is native to Europe and North Africa, and is found in dry grasslands, meadows, and pastures. It has trifoliate leaves and small purple flowers.
