Description

Dolichos ungoniensis (also called Ungon's Dolichos, among many other common names) is a perennial vine native to the southeastern United States. It has a twining stem and a woody rootstock, with a height of up to 5 meters. Its leaves are trifoliate, with 3-5 leaflets. It is found in moist woods, thickets, and along streams and rivers.
