Diphysa ormocarpoides (also called Ormocarp Diphysa, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 6 m tall. It has a smooth, grey bark and its leaves are alternate, elliptic-lanceolate, and 8-15 cm long. It is native to Central and South America and is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests.
