Cynometra sessiliflora (also called Sessile-flowered false tamarind, among many other common names) is a deciduous tree that grows up to 15 meters tall, with a trunk diameter of up to 40 cm. It is native to Central Africa, and is found in dry deciduous forests and scrublands.
