Astragalus yutianensis (also called Yutian Astragalus, among many other common names) is a perennial herb with a woody base and a height of up to 1 m. It is native to the Chihuahuan Desert of northern Mexico and the southwestern United States. It is found in dry, rocky soils of grasslands, scrublands, and woodlands.
