Excoecaria laotica (also called Lao blind-your-eye mangrove, among many other common names) is a small tree or shrub that grows up to 6 meters tall. It is native to Southeast Asia and is found in mangrove forests, estuaries, and coastal areas. It has glossy, oval-shaped leaves that are dark green in color and have a yellowish-green midrib.
