Euphorbia monostyla (also called Single-stalked Spurge, among many other common names) is a succulent plant native to South Africa. It is a low-growing, mat-forming plant with small, fleshy, grey-green leaves and yellow-green flowers. It grows in rocky, dry, sunny areas and is drought tolerant.
Cultivation and Propagation
Euphorbia monostyla is a low-growing, spreading plant with succulent stems and leaves. It is easy to propagate from stem cuttings. Take a cutting from a healthy stem and allow it to dry out for a few days before planting. Plant in a well-draining potting mix and keep in a warm, sunny location. Water sparingly and allow the soil to dry out between waterings.
