Description
Euphorbia cozumelensis (also called Cozumel Spurge, among many other common names) is a succulent perennial plant native to Mexico. It has a single stem, up to 2 feet tall, with a rosette of narrow, pointed, blue-green leaves. The flowers are small, yellow-green, and clustered in a terminal umbel. It grows in dry, rocky soils in open woodlands and grasslands.
Cultivation and Propagation
Euphorbia cozumelensis is a succulent plant that can be propagated by seed or cuttings. It prefers full sun and well-drained soil. Water regularly during the growing season and reduce watering in winter. Propagation by cuttings is the easiest and most successful method. Cuttings should be taken in spring or summer and allowed to dry for a few days before planting. Seeds should be sown in spring in a warm, sunny location.
