Euphorbia arabica (also called Arabian Spurge, among many other common names) is a small, erect, succulent herbaceous perennial native to the Middle East and North Africa. It has a thick, fleshy, branching stem and small, ovate, green leaves. It grows in dry, sandy soils in open, sunny areas.
